Our factory in Ballarat, Victoria manufactures and distributes the Fibercon range of synthetic fibres for concrete reinforcement.
The Fibercon range has been extensively used to reinforce concrete in many applications including:
The Fibercon synthetic fibres have been used throughout Australia to save both time and money for over 20 years. An example of the Fibercon range which is guiding a new way of binding concrete is the Emesh Fibre. Made from 100% recycled plastic, the Emesh Fibre is geared towards replacing steel mesh as concrete reinforcement. Emesh has established itself as a leader towards a more greener and a cheaper alternative towards concrete binding. Recent studies by James Cook University have revealed that using Emesh Fibre during the binding process can substantially reduce the release of fossils and toxins by up to 90% into the atmosphere. Emesh Fibres can be directly mixed in with concrete and unlike iron mesh, does not require an Engineer to inspect it so that it meets accepted standards.
We service our customers throughout Australia and overseas, we are known throughout Victoria and have become respected in our local business community by proudly serving our customers with integrity and true customer service in plastic injection moulding and fibre extrusion.
Couple that with flexibility, quality and competitive prices, and it’s no surprise that we have a very loyal customer base.
